You already started a thread about this in the Catan forum. It belongs there and/or in the Suggestions forum after you've submitted a request to the bugs/suggestions database.

It's not for the bugs/suggestions page. Changes in Arena format are decided by the gurus. You can become a guru if you play a lot, and then you can suggest changes and vote for them. Otherwise, try to convince the Catan gurus, do not bother the developer(s).

I read this as wanting to have a separate Arena for Cities & Knights in addition to base Catan. That would require separating out Cities & Knights from base Catan, which would be something you ask for in bugs/suggestions, although it has already been done.

Another approach would be to allow multiple Arena configurations per season for any popular games.
