I've played two games against a certain nameless someone, to comply with forum rules, and my last two games with them they let their clock run out and I had to expel them to end the game once I took a second column while holding a strong third one. It's ridiculous because now I only gain 66% of the elo that I should've won. Both games I played my next turn after skipping them and I ended the game on my next turn.
Why don't we get full elo compensation for players that rage quit when we do get full elo compensation for a game that is resigned at the same level of progress? This player just plays a ton of quick games to get their karma back to 100 too, so they don't even get harmed by the system.
Anyway, I'm just upset that I ran into the same player twice and they abandoned the game both times which just limited my elo gain. I gave them the red thumb and BGA suggested reporting them, so I went to do that and the report button told me that this isn't a reportable offense and to just give them a red thumb.
