Pourquoi ELO pas affiche? Why isn't ELO displayed on tournament page?

Check out https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=431836

for some players, the ELO is not shown, why?

Do you mean the ones that appear as "invited"? Probably because you need a minimum of 100 to participate in tournaments, but the organizer can invite players with lower elo. So these player would have elo below 100 (and the exact value is quite irrelevant).
