How would constructed decks work on BGA?

Assuming that some expansions are coming, by the rules that would give players the option to create their own decks by swapping out certain cards for expansion cards. How would such a thing work in BGA? Could we have saved decks for the various factions and pick which one we want to use? Are there existing games on BGA with similar mechanics?

Would be great if some expansions were to come...
Everything you describe is possible though if the publisher or BGA would be interested enough to spend money on the development.
I haven't played myself but there's Altered which links to an external user account allowing to use decks/cards you bought
