Master tanner and bowr spear

Do these cards not work togeather or did I just miss the screen where you can add the food to master tanner?

They should work together, if you didn't get the option that is a bug. My guess is it's an edge case missed in the code.

I had the same problem in a game a couple of months ago. Eating a boar with the spear did not allow me to place food on Master Tanner.
