If two player have the same score and the same number of project done, during a tournament, who wins and why ?

I lost to ImsorryImlikethis once in a tournament because of that.

That was my understanding as well but then why did that guy https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=749928080&nr got disqualified as he took 21h versus 47 for his opponent ?
