Are winning streaks time-limited or something?

Post by PatrickG2024 »

Last night, I won a game of Through the Ages and was expecting to get the "Never 2 without 3" achievement, as it was my third consecutive win of that game, but I didn't get that achievement. When I looked at my history for the game, I saw a potential explanation: The winning streak started over a year ago, so maybe the consecutive win achievements only count games from the last year. Does this match other people's experiences and/or knowledge of how BGA awards achievements?

For evidence, here's a link to my Through the Ages game history: https://boardgamearena.com/gamestats?pl ... me_id=1144

If anything it seems like you should get extra recognition for maintaining the streak through the ages.

(No, I don't have anything useful to contribute, sorry.)

Your reply did make me chuckle though. ;)
