Need help - I am offline for 27 hours every week

I keep the Jewish Sabbath.
So that means for 27 hours I can't be online.
I normally try to play 3-5 times a day.
I play multiple games.
I try to play 3-4 moves a day. So that is what my preferences are.
However, if I set them to 2 days... Games take forever.

And I am offline. My reputation gets killed.
I have lost 40 reputation points. This last time
I realize (now) I should be using the time jokers
But I only have 3.
Any suggestions about what I can do?

Switch preferences to 1-2 plays/day (Turn Based) but join many more simultaneous games (50-60) to keep your rate of play higher without any one game timing out.
Ask your opponents at the start of the game in notes, not to kick you out due to time, since you know you may be offline for brief periods. Most players on BGA don't even care about time-outs.
