Solo Turn based is frozen

I can’t play my games due to it saying loading error but then also wont let me abandon my game so it is stuck and I have to close out of the site just to get back to the main menu. Please can someone close that game session out on the back end so it clears from my games list. It is very annoying since I have several other games and I can’t hit next game.

This happened to me today during a backgammon game. Now I have a strike against me as if I abandoned the game and I did not. I could not do anything on my end. Please take the penalty away from my account. I see from below that I can file a bug report but when I click on the link to file a bug report it opens a "forbidden" page.
