You can see how much time you have on your clock (aka banked) at any point during the game. You'd need to be sure you had at least 30 hours ahead before sundown Friday.

No booting is done automatically, it's all at the discretion of your opponents. You can tell them in chat, but they are under no obligation to wait for you.

It's in the upper right of your player panel. In that example you have between 2 days and 3 days, but once you have under 2 days it will be shown in hours and minutes.

It's not automatic, the other players choose whether to expel you from the game. They can see how much you've run over time; some players won't expel you from a turn based game if you're only over by an hour or two, if you don't do that repeatedly. So you _can_ ask them not to expel you.

BUT, please don't use that as your method of planning when you know you're going to be away and unable to keep to the game's schedule cadence. People choose what playing cadence they want to join, and they expect other players to only join those tables if they can commit to it as well. Someone who joins a 4 moves per day game _expects_ that only players who are going to check at least a few times a day will join that table.

If something really unexpected comes up, you can use a "time joker" to add several days to your time on all of your games. But you only get a few of those per calendar year, so save them for truly unexpected events. You expect Shabat, you know when it's going to happen, and it happens every week. Don't rely on time jokers, or other players making exceptions for you, to work around that. Only join tables with a schedule you know you can keep. In this case, you can go as fast as the "2 moves per day" **IF** you know that you'll keep up during the week, so you have your full 36 hours on Friday, you check and make any moves where it's your turn on Friday afternoon before sundown, and then check again Saturday night or Sunday first thing in the morning. If you aren't doing that, go for "1 move per day" or "1 move per 2 days".

That really depends on the game cadence and number of players. If this person decides to deal with this issue by playing only "1 move per 2 days" games, and a lot of those have more than 2 players, but they do like to play every day, then it's probably a good idea to have more like 40 turn based games going simultaneously, just to have reasonable probability that they will have to make a move in 10-15 games each day - which isn't a lot of time. With fewer than 20 games, if they're all "1 move per 2 days", there will often be days when it's their move in only very few games, and they'll end up spending only 15 minutes a day playing on BGA. For example, in a 5 player "1 move per 2 days" game, it may only be your turn once a week.

Find some BGA friends, who accept a break of several days. For example, I have a friend here, and we usually start our games with a "1 turn in 2 days" speed. If we happen to be online at the same time, we play these games with several moves per day or even like realtime. But if someone needs a break, we can pause for up to 6 days without the clock ticking. This will work best if you play 2 player games.
