Bug assigned to wrong game, how to reassign?

I have bug #190996 assigned to Race for the Galaxy, but it pertains to Gizmos. I tried changing the table number to reassign it to Gizmos but that did not work. Can this somehow be rectified?

You can't, just answer the player to recreate it with the good table number (that's how it's linked to the game).
