The option to change games to friendly mode

I don't mind waiting on turn based games. Sometimes I notice that players are getting penalties for being late taking turns. Since I don't care about waiting for the other players to take a turn, it would be nice to have the option to switch these games to friendly mode when another player isn't playing for whatever reason.
