It seems that in real time the timer is for an entire fight and doesn´t reset between moves during it...Would be nice if that could be changed as I fumbled the endboss when I felt pressured by the timer and still got the reputation penalty anyway.
I feel like at the end fight it might happen quite often if you get unlucky and need to use feats often or reroll crits...We also talked during the fight a little but I think you're either way under a tight timer on the endboss.
