Q/ what if get caught at 12 with 12 recruiters?

recruting was completed, but game was not ended immediately
i think its beacause of time for showing,

i completed recruiting but kicked agent player out because of time out.

hmmm

if game was continued,
i loose game when i caught with completed recruiters i guess? even with 12 recruiters?

Yes, you only count contacted recruits when you reveal them to your opponent. This happens on the red stop signs, so at 11:00 then 13:00.

If you recruited number 12 at 12:00, your opponent still has their turn to capture you before you win.
