Timer Options

Post by Eris8x6 »

Feature suggestion: It would be great if there were a setting for timer duration. One minute is too short for some people who are just trying to learn, and they get frustrated and give up.

Then it would be a different game altogether. The hourglass is specifically implemented as the ways the designers wrote up the rulebook. Plus if you can't solve the current puzzle then being stuck for longer isn't exactly making for a learning experience, it makes for humiliation as the rest of the table stares at you. Just do the next puzzle.

There is a solo mode to practice with. You can set it so that it just times you doing 10 puzzles. I use it when my 7 year old wants to play it.
