Tough to say if phrasing it this way or in the "positive" tone (asking if your favorite BG of all time IS here) will strictly impact the difference. As long as anyone seeing this answers truthfully, that's what matters.

No, what matters is being able too interpret the results.
I worked in market research for decades. You can't ask a question in the negative, ask for a simple Yes/No answer, then be certain what "Yes" means.

It's natural for "No" to mean, "No, may favorite game isn't here." So you should word the question that way.

I guess the intent is more to see how people read questions than knowing if a game is on BGA or not.
