Please return my precious game points.

Due to server instability yesterday, at the start of the game, I couldn't see the normal game screen and lost my precious points due to no action. I've seen pop-up information about returning lost points, but my score is not recovering. When will my score be normalized again?

Despite there being many helpful people here, the forums are not customer support and one probably shouldn't expect that BGA staff are reading all of the 100s of forums looking post like this. See this post and follow the instructions there.
