I played so many games of Reversi last year that I was on the [whatever you call that small group that can approve changes to the game], and certainly *I* never wanted a season of Reversed Reversi. And if this is not the correct formum for this request, could someone let me know?
It's been a few seasons in a row that the "reversed" option for Reversi has been active, and I just simply hate this game. Next season can we go back to my beloved "regular" Reversi? Or offer two games: Reversi and Reversed Reversi?
I understand that some will cheat at regular reversi... but one could say the same for reversed reversi, if the cheater could get a hold of the full version of tothello... and it's easy to come up with links to the inferior, but still decent, 3d Reversi Deluxe.
Not only that, but as one who had a very high rating in regular revrersi, that rating was decimated by playing reversed reversi quite a bit a few seasons ago. I couldn't tell what this season would be, so I did play one game a few days ago... but that will be both my first and last game of the season: others may disagree, of course, but it's just an inelegant, annoying game, and I found it messing with my regular reversi skills. I'm just not going to play it anymore, and it's a shame, because I liked the challenge (in regular Reversi) of playing 10-20 boards at the same time, along with the other, different, 150 games I had going at any given time during a season.
