I am locked out!

I am locked out. Cannot play this Hand & Foot game. Cannot pull cards, or discard. Cannot use the messenger. I have tried numerous times to F5 and the reset in the Error Message. Does not work. Now the game is still showing, and I still cannot get it.

I think this is a similar phenomenon to people just ignoring "read this first" pinned posts in the various sub-forums and similar notices.
