bga free for a month

Hi,
BGA has been malfunctioning badly for several days now... It's all well and good not to deduct points, but I don't give a damn about points. Maybe BGA could offer a month's premium subscription to everyone who currently has one and can't play?

Even today, it's still impossible to play properly...to give penalties for trivial things (apparently, writing "very stupid move" is considered insulting to other players). There are plenty of people there, but when it comes to compensating players who pay a subscription to play, there's no one left...

I am a Tichu player and I don't know where else to complain about bga's governance, so I am posting this in a familiar space in the hope that a moderator will pass on this dissatisfaction.
