Definately possible but very unlikely in a competitive game. This can be shown by looking at a game I layed where the winner got 245.

The last round started with me on 166 and someone else on 161.
I got +4,, +6, +10, 9,10,11,12 (62)
My opponent had second chance, X2 +2, 2,3,5,9,10,12 (84)

At this point my opponent got flip 3 which he gave to me to bust me and he stood for 245. But consider what could have happen for a higher score:
If instead of a flip 3 he had got an 11 he would have got flip 7 and scored 282
If the flip 3 I received were 6,7,8 I would have got flip 7 with a score of 264

A couple of things to note
You can not get 300 without the X2 on the final round, the highest possible score without it is 100 (getting flip 7 with 6,7,8,9,10,11,12 and all the "+" cards) if you start the round on 199 you end 1 short.
In the posted game if we had each started the final round with 30 points more and my opponent had got a 6,7,8 or 11 he would have got 300 but, at least in a competitive game, it requires two players to start a round close to 200 and the one one witohut the X2 to get a very big score (the odds of getting my 62 withourt busting must be very low.

Just been in a game where an opponent got 131,

Crazy thing was afte going bust in the first hand they got insane luck for the next two hands. In the second hand they had two flip 3s, which as they had verey low cards they used both on themself and flipped for 72 points when i was active on only 16. In the third hand they got a freeze (to freeze me on 0) the third flip 3, the x2 and a second chance. They flipped again for the 131 winning the game.

Has anyone won in 2 hands?

You can't get 300+ in a serious game. You can't do it without the x2, and you should stay once you clinch the win.

The most points you can score in one round is: 12+11+10+9+8+7+6=63 for cards. Then with the x2 you can get 126. You get 15 for a flip7, which is 141. Then you can get +10, +8, +6, +4, +2 bonus cards for another 30, which is 171.

The highest possible score is 199+171=370, but there's no way you would get it in a real game.

I just saw this (minus the bonus cards, only 2x): https://boardgamearena.com/gamereview?table=768249624

That was a 140 round score, not a final score of 300+. The guy was way to aggressive, hitting when he had a clearcut stay.

The only way you should ever get 50+ in a round is if you have a second chance, or it's the end of the game and you're desperate to catch up.
