I would say that all raging intentional bombing should trigger a red thumb. This should be applied to players of all ranks (beginner, master, etc.).
This way, you won't meet them in future games and you will also decrease their karma rank, meaning that other players will be less likely to meet them.

Having said that, I think many plays/clues could have been better:

(- GrandMaster: Use a GD on Bk5, making played W1 + Bk5) -> This is probably not safe with unknown non-expert/non-master players.
- CloudTemplR: Don't give the B finesse -> This allows GrandMaster to give the important 3 clue. Instead, save the Bk1, and you will give the 2 clue next turn.
- GrandMaster: Answer the B clue -> Even with 3 players not answering a possible bluff is risky. Also, IMO, the 3 clue is not very good as it may be a R reverse, which gives no play to Fire Duck
- CloudTemplR: Don't discard the blind W4 -> Not answering the B finesse doesn't mean that you have the B2 too. There is no GD until GrandMaster discards their B2 blindly.
- Fire Duck: Don't play the B3, but save the Bk1 instead -> then CloudTemplR can play their 2s faster, which is very good because you have the Y3 and the Y4s are here. Also, if the 3 clue is a R reverse, you need to allow CloudTemplR to play their R2 by handling the save.
- Fire Duck: Don't blindly discard a marked 3 -> I really don't understand this move.
- Fire Duck: Don't discard when you have a playable 3 -> GrandMaster's 3 clue was a playing clue. Now that CloudTemplR has played their R2, you should play your leftmost 3 (as a Bk3 or R3).

No, you won't. Red thumbs don't affect karma since quite a long time (even before, it was only with a certain proportion of red thumbs that karma was reduced).

Ah, that's right!
Then, you should report them too.

I played quite a few games, and red-thumbed a lot, a looot of people.
Still in strong need of a troll player database.

A sad tip: 4-player games are helpful, because I can redthumb more than 1 person per game. :D
