How to subscribe to a game in order to get notifications when a table opens?

I searched around and can't see an easy answer to this: Can someone explain how I subscribe to games in order to see when tables open up? Somehow I managed to subscribe to a couple (Cat In The Box, DVONN) and now I get notifications whenever tables for those games open...but that was a while ago and I can't figure out how to subscribe to other games I'm interested in. Is it only certain games are eligible to be subscribed to for notifications? Can I tailor the notifications to only notify if it's a turn-based game? I am a premium member if that effects the process.

This feature is only implemented on certain games with a small player base. I don't know how they determine what the threshold is for which games get it.

In those games you have to go to the game page and there you'll see a bell you can click on in order to subscribe (or unsubscribe). As far as I know, the subscription is only possible for realtime games.

I've tried checking several games, these are what I found so far:

Kokeshi: yes
Spots: yes
Nanatoridori: yes
Ludo: no
Digit Code: no
Can't Stop Express: no

I don't know about a list...but I would be interested as well. It would help to find someone to play with during quiet times on BGA.
