Can't continue in tutorial after gain planet resources

Somewhere at the end of tutorial you need to discard the middle planet card to gain the resources. After clicking on the resources, the tutorial reads, 'you need to take the tutorial steps' which I did if I am not mistaken.

It looks like it's a bug in the actual game. I re-created it in the Tutorial and then in the game. Whatever planet you select first is the planet you'll discard for a Free Action, even if you cancel and try to select a new planet it only gives you the option to discard the initially selected planet.
This means for the tutorial you HAVE to select the middle planet first or else you cannot continue on with the tutorial.

I confirm that. Stuck at the same step - I clicked the first planet and was not able to progress regardless of trying over. So tutorial seems fine but the game is bugged.
