Cards in hand display options

Is it possible to add an option to have BGA display your cards in a separate, interactive "hand" that shows the cards at a higher magnification and has a hover text as well? Similar to the implementation of Ark Nova, Race for the Galaxy, or other games with information dense cards. Having them in the play space and requiring a mouse hover to see icons or text feels clunky.

Hi, in the game preferences there's an option called "Turn on help," it works similarly to the function in Ark Nova.
