SO after all this, the other player (who seems to have a decent win rate at what appears to be a very difficult game) didn't even make a mistake?

LOL
I assumed he‘d still need to travel a field more, but if not, that‘s most ridiculous.

If you ever sat in a plane, what would the pilot do after touch-down? Certainly not trying to stop the plane by going full-speed?!

The combined speed (both die together), if full breaks are deployed, must be max 6, so if you put a 6 there, you already lose the game alone :D

Besides, even if your opponents made a silly mistake somewhere, with a winrate of 1/20, I‘d be very silent myself.

I haven't reviewed this game. Was OP's only choice to put a 6 or was there another available die that would not have exceeded max braking.

No it wasn't their only choice, in that last round they had a 2, 3, 5, 6. I think they have misinterpreted the rules.

Alain984 wrote: 10 December 2025, 18:13 Dear Support team,

I'd like to submit to you what happened in the last game at Sky Team I just played (table #*).

The game was almost over and victory was guaranteed. The alignement of the plane was right, the speed was good and all the other things had green lights on. The last thing to do was just to put the two dices on the engine space (the one where the sum of the two dices has to be above a certain minimum).

Since all the other things were ok and all green lights were on, the minimum value for this sum has to be 8. I put a 6 dice. So my partner just had to put a 2.
Please note that each one of us had still 2 dices left, so there was the possibility to create some coffee to change the value of dices.

Instead, my partner played...a 1.
And the game is lost.

Now I would like to ask if this is a "normal "behaviour" and if it's fair.
I'm asking that since it's not the first time I noticed this kind of behaviour on this game. All perfect throughout the game and then, a "stupid" error (?) as the last move.
I can understand that it's possible to make mistakes, but I repeat, I noticed this few too many times.

Is it possible to make something to explain this, correct and have a good explanation on why some players behave like this?

Thanks!

Hi Alain984,

You are misunderstanding what you need to do to once you touch down to stop the plane.

In the final round you compare your engine speed to the brake marker, not the aerodynamic marker which is what you were doing during the rest of the game.

You are thinking your speed needs to be higher than your blue marker which is a aerodynamic marker, this was on 8 in your game. But in the final round your plane is on the ground and not in the air so it doesn't need to be aerodynamic anymore, so instead you compare it to your brake marker. Which is the red marker and was to the right of 6 in your game, your total speed (sum of the engine dice) now needs to be to the left of the red brake marker, which for your game is a total of 6 or lower. By placing a 6 you immediately lost the game as it doesn't matter what die the other player plays, you will be a minimum of 7.

Hope this helps. I would suggest maybe redoing the tutorial to fully understand everything.

It is frustratingly common on these forums for someone to blast other players for losing a game or devs for having an egregious bug when in reality they just do not understand the rules. Instead of asking something like "please explain what went wrong here," they confidently declare that someone else is doing something wrong. Not to toot my own horn, but I think this is how you humbly ask for an explanation, starting with the assumption that it's you who doesn't understand something.

Yeah that's the mindset a lot of people have, that there is no way they can be wrong and it must be someone/something else's fault! I think the technical term is 'confidently incorrect'. Its a shame that most won't even acknowledge they were wrong in their thinking.
