Card range?

Card range?

Anyone know what the range of numbers on the cards is? There is no mention in the awful rules, no page on BGG, no rules videos anywhere. Not making a good impression.

Red & Blue suit : 0~30 (31 numbers each)
Yellow suit : 8~30 (23 numbers)
Black suit : 40, 50, 60 (3 numers)
Total 88 numbers

Each cards have 2 numbers (44 cards)

There's a (?) button on the bottom left to see the deck


what makes those rules "awful"?
