Hello everyone! 'Ternary Board Game' is now in Alpha!
https://boardgamearena.com/reviewer?game=ternary
Ternary aspires to be a fun and strategic expand and exploit game with a minimal ruleset.
In Ternary, players lay triangular tiles to build a network of coloured roads along which their workers move to claim points and for strategic position. The roads you can use change when players take points, so the 'terrain' changes as the game continues.
Playing this game sometimes feels like doing a puzzle, with careful tile laying and infrequent movement, and other times it plays like a ruthless game of greedily grabbing points and in-your-face worker positioning.
The rules are on BGG but you probably don't need them. There is short summary in the BGA game itself and the UI helps with the rest.
This BGA alpha supports 2-3 players. (And it trivially supports a 1-player variant.)
