How can I turn off the notification sound for "my turn"?

I only play live games. I never have any background music or notifications on, the browser tab is muted, and I still get a sound notification every time it is my turn and I do not have the game in focus. I can not find anywhere to turn this notification off, can someone please help me?

I even av "No sound" on "It's my turn" in the Preferences.

This was going to be my suggestion, so I have no idea what's causing the sound.

Could be a Push Notification which you can turn off in settings so that you don't get any notifications at all or just mute this sound in the coresponding settings of your browser.

The browser tab is muted, AND the browser is muted fully in the sound settings. The only way I have manage to supress the notification sound is to mute all sound on my laptop alltogether.
