Impossible to play it turn based

Post by pusher »

I like the game but I only play turn based, not live.
Unfortunately it is not possible to enjoy it if suggestions in the bug page are not implemented.
Swapping tiles looses its sense when playing turn based!

I agree that it does damage it somewhat, but something that I've found helps is writing a note. It should be in the top right corner, and you can jot down what you changed and saw. Most games aren't quite as good turn based, but that's a pretty simple fix for this game. All games you have to go through what your opponent did on his turn, so finding their switches shouldn't be hard either.

Well the title is wrong.

You might not enjoy it as much turn based...
I for one like it to play it this way, sometimes I think several hours or even think about my next move over sleep...

Regarding swaping tiles, you can easily remember it if you only play one table at one, even more if you play it 8-24 turns / day. If not, as mentioned, you can always write a little note.

It's a great game, both real turn and turn based are great. Like blitz and classic chess ;)

Of course my title was a paradox. Games are made to be played live but of course it is not easy for all of us to have the time we would like. So here the turn based and bga, perfect. When a game has details, good interface and is nicely ported, welcome. Personal notes shout not be used to fill details missed. If I come back after 10 minutes to make my move I would like to have a graphic highlight that show me what my opposite has done. Like the last move in turn based chess
