Judge applied incorrectly?

Lost with judge. Ability Says win all ties including upcoming. So had 2 more ties and no one got the signet. Am I missing something? Cardia #782958883 Current game.

Your opponent removed the "ongoing" token from your judge (with their void mage), therefor you no longer win ties.
