Urgent problem

I don't know where to ask for solving a big problem that i have on the site today.
So, there is a bug on 2 games Dragonwood that i play (table 778125612 and 779390311) that causes another bug. The first bug is apparently known as it is written on the error message. So i can't post a new report.
The game is frozen and i I can't click on anything on the page.
The second bug is that this prevents me from using the “next table” function and it's a really big issue since i had more than 150 turn-based games. I must click game by game on the tables page on my profile to play and it's really unpleasant.
So i quit the 2 games that were frozen but that didn't solve anything. The “Next Table” button keeps bringing me back to the same blocked game over and over again because my opponent didn't quit.
And i lost 30 reputation...
What can i do to recover my reputation ? i haven't found where to ask and explain the problem.
Help me please, i'm lost, i don't know where to contact the devs and it drives me crazy to click one by one on the games where it's my turn.

That sounds as if you clicked on challenging a
moderation report. Don’t. Click My Account, then reputation a karma, then Karma issues . Then click “my issue wasn’t solved”. Then another page opens with a text box
for your message to support. I just tried that, so it should work for you as well. I’m trying to give you a direct link, dunno if that works: https://boardgamearena.com/support?step=3

Edit: No, the direct link doesn’t work, you’ll have to click yourself step by step as advised.
