Mobile horizontal scrolling broken?

I realize this is not the place for bug reports, but I want to confirm that I'm not crazy: At some point in the last month or so - it looks like horizontal scrolling on mobile devices has broken. It's a problem when the game board or other elements layout wider than the display. I've seen other users complain about this in the context of specific games, but I suspect the problem is wider than that. Earth is a good example where it's easy to reproduce this - on mobile I can no longer scroll horizontally to see the entire tableau, or even see the entire player board. The Dead Cells announcement post also has a user mention that some boards and cards in that game are not reachable for the same reason. Is there a bug report for this? I looked, but couldn't find one - of course, if people are assuming it's a bug specific to one game, they might be filing it there, rather than as a BGA-wide issue.
