Please allow ELO range setting on matches

I assume the computer tries to find a fair match, but in Ark Nova, despite being in the low hundreds, I am constantly thrown into matches with 300+ ELO. It's not fun to play someone who is literally three times better than you, so I always decline to start. But it's a repetitive and annoying process most the time. Can we just have a setting that prevents people whose ELO are too high or too low from matching?
