The 'secret HR' company that buy your service to give them a 'developer mode' to control the dice of players have been stalking and defaming me in Hong Kong. I come here for a break, not a continuation to be harassed by them. They have very high demand for this service and there are hidden cost in the future to do this for them that cannot be measured.

Either this is a troll or it reminds me a lot of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gang_stalking discussion in the real world.

Unlike most players that complain on the BGA forums about RNG, luck, or rigged dice (looking at you CATAN) OP seems to be quite good at games in general based on ratings and win rates.

The % of games being lost by the "secret dice" must be quite low since they are winning so often and some losses are expected from natural randomness in games.
