Small hiccup with Psi-Crystal World

Just a short heads-up for everybody, that the latest release had a small hiccup with confirming the phase selection for Psi-Crystal World. This should be all good now.

And another minor issue with the prestige phase selection buttons showing when the prestige card was already used. No second prestige action was possible, the button press would cause an error.
