Replay disabled for my account?

I just went to try and watch a game replay to help learn (as I normally do), and discovered that replays have been disabled for my account due to "content scraping." I have no idea what that even is, but it would be nice to be able to watch game replays again. Anybody else have this issue or know how to get it fixed?
