Not given credit for routes.

As you can see in the screenshot, I completed all my routes but the game didn't recognize it and I was given minus points instead of plus for these routes I completed.

Is this a known bug or something that happens frequently?

It's not a bug. You have no train cars between Boston and New York.

You're right. This game could really use some more colors so that player colors and unused route colors aren't identical =(

I don't see you having Boston to New York, which seems pretty important to connecting all of your routes.

Try the "Train car outline" option, it helps a bit with visual clarity
