BGA Iranian Players reputation

Hello,

I realized many of my friends from my country (Iran) are getting Karma penalty because they cannot participate in the games that they are playing (turn based ones)
This is due to the global internet shutdown in Iran (which happening due to the protest and is ongoing for more than a week now).
I didn't think of here to be honest, since there are many disturbing things happening in our life that this have no priority, but can BGA at least stop the penalty? I understand the other players in the game are upset about someone not playing their turn, but this unfortunate thing is out of our control.

p.s: I am an expat living in Germany, if you are wondering why I have access to internet

I suggest you instead use the support https://boardgamearena.com/support to ask for this.
You may use these steps: others -> technical issue -> connection lost -> test was successful (I translated these from German, so it might be not the exact wording). This will give you a free form to fill about your question.
