Issue in my last match

Hi,

I have an issue in my last game (I have the photo). Not possible to refresh. I tried recover the match refreshing, with F% and using my mobile. Nothing worked.

I lost the match receiving the punishment and losing my point.

How can I claim because this issue.

Fortunately, the issue was from BGA and they returned the points and cancelled the sanctions.

Al momento de mi turno el tablero señalaba los puntos donde debía posicionar el ladron pero tocando la pantalla No lo permitía como si ningun icono funcionará incluso en el juego tutorial me sucedió así mismo.
Estoy jugando con una tablet Ipad, este error me sucedió también anteriormente, solo en Catan.
