Create an alternative ranking or elo point system with solo

I like to play solo mode and I would really appreciate to be able to know if I'm good or not vs other solo player.
Some games are particularly relevant in solo mode (Adrian's wall is a good exemple) and others have great mode too.
So would it be possible to create a such system?

There is for the handful of games that can be played solo in non-friendly mode. And it's useless, with everyone rushing to the 8700 max. rating.
