How do you tell how many potions you have?

Curious if someone can help...

I'm not sure how many total potions I have at any one time. Is there an area of the screen that shows the total count? "Potions = N"

Sometimes I'll notice the potion tokens on the starting potions card, other times in the area where gold teeth and cells are tracked. Also, when I start a run, the 2 potion card shows a picture of 2 really large potions but sometimes there will be small token sized potions put right on that card instead during a run.

While I can’t be absolutely sure that I didn’t miss anything, I don’t think that this has been implemented. I’m totally fine with looking both at the potion card and at the bag. I don’t know what you mean by two big potions on the potions card, as I’ve never seen that (screenshot would help). To me, there’s only the big potion that is always depicted on the card and that isn’t an actual usable potion, and the small potions on that card, which you can actually use.

Thanks for the reply! I thought potion tokens weren't always showing up on the "free potion(s)" starting card but playing it again now, that does seem to be correct. Not sure why I thought they didn't show up correctly every time before but glad to get it figured out. I'm perfectly fine with how the potion tokens work now that I'm clear on it.

I see what's happening with the missing potion tokens by the way. Sometimes on Firefox (not sure if any other browsers do this), the potions will disappear. If I'm positive that I have potions, I'll refresh the screen and usually the tokens show back up for whatever reason.
