HELP! My account is held HOSTAGE by a Zombie Game (Table #770641940)

Hi BGA Support / Moderators,

I am writing because my account is completely stuck in a game that refuses to load. I am encountering the "Loading 10%" error on Table #770641940 (Champions of Midgard).

The Problem: Since the game interface never loads past 10%, I cannot access the menu to click "Quit" or "Resign".

The Consequence: I am trapped in this table indefinitely. I cannot use the "Go to next game" feature (especially on mobile) because the system thinks I am still "playing". Also, the stuck red notification dot in the top right corner is driving me crazy.

Request: I am NOT asking for a bug fix right now. I am simply asking for an admin intervention to force-kick me from this table or terminate this game instance so I can use my account again.

It would appear this is resolved, as both the table and the bug can't be found anymore. But for anyone else thinking about raising a similar concern, I'd encourage you to use the contact us/support link at the bottom of the page instead. Forums are for user-to-user discussion for the most part. They aren't regularly reviewed by anyone who can help in this kind of situation (though they do occasionally pop in, and maybe that's what happened here). Mostly, you're just going to have a bunch of garden-variety users looking at this and thinking (and/or commenting), "sorry, can't help".
