Still, why can't there be an option for us to play together without the undo? Just stinks that it's not even an option. Anyhow, just wanted to share that I miss the game and I'm sure there are others (maybe only 7 of us) who feel the same.
I totally agree with that. Please admins, think about it.

We need undos, it's how we spot the bots.

I wish there were an option to play without Undo, but there was a thread about it a while back and it went nowhere. Anyhow, just wanted to say that I miss it. Wish there were somewhere else to play it online.
I totally agree, stevesie sue. It's designed to be an abstract game. When my family plays Azul IRL, we don't move all the tiles to the middle and then if we don't like it, move them all back, ad infinitum. However, that said, I also understand that folks who play on small screens sometimes need to fix mistakes. I get that. And for those who have a harder time with visual abstraction, Undo makes perfect sense... for those who want it and mutually agree to play that way.

What I don't understand is why the choice to set up a game without Undo got taken away. If people want to have Undo available, then go for it... just be sure check the game's parameters before joining! And for those of us who like the challenge of abstraction (and the speed) of a game that is truer to the real deal, yay! And it levels the playing field for us. Choice, what a concept! Everyone wins!

Can anyone explain why the option to turn off Undo got taken away altogether? I've written to BGA several times, but no answer. Azul is one of the reasons I decided to pay for a subscription, and then bam, suddenly Undo went away (with no announcement, nothing), and I was forced to deal with players who abuse the Undo feature, using it literally ten times in a row. So frustrating. The whole things felt like bait and switch.

Does "undo" reset the turn timer ?

No.

We need undos because a lot of people play on their mobile phones and it's easy to misclick there.

But I do think there should be a limit of a few undos per move, because I find it very annoying when someone grabs and releases tiles like 6-7 times for 1 move and I can't be the only one. Some players absolutely abuse it.
