1) Sounds like you are talking about arena, but you didn't specifically say so. Are you?
2) Whether or not you are talking about arena, no your change in "points" doesn't have anything to do with whether you are premium.
3) Give a link to the game causing your concern. If you are asking for help, people shouldn't have to hunt through your game history to guess which one you're talking about.

I couldn't help myself and looked anyway out of curiosity. You haven't won a game of Sea Salt & Paper. The only time you even finished ahead of anyone was a 3rd place in a 4-player game.

Are you aware that any user can see another user's game history and can even filter by a specific game to see every instance that they have ever played that game? Maybe you have won a few rounds of a game of Sea Salt & Paper, but you have not won an entire game (as of the time stamp of this post). Your Elo is based on the result of the entire game.
