RFC feature removal: save draft configurations

I consider removing the function to save draft configurations. Very few games are played with the draft variant and even fewer use this storage feature. It's unclear to me whether it even works or not. So if you played with this feature and can provide some input on its utility please speak up so that I can make an informed decision.
