Is Warehouse not a building for bonus purposes?

We had a 2-player game and expected to get a Bonus on completing all the spaces in the Warehouse, but did not.
I didn't see anything in the rules about this, but is the Warehouse an exception?

It's in the rules, but only in an indirect way. On page 4 of the rulebook, it says: "When you’ve crossed off all the spaces of a Building in your city, announce it out loud and cross off one available bonus of your choice.", and "in your city" is written bold. On page 2 it says and shows, that the Warehouse is NOT part of your city. Thus you don't get a bonus for filling it.

Yeah, it could have been more explicit in the rules.
