[Aleutian Islands] Holtz Bay Problem

There is a problem with the rivers being uncrossable - they are supposed to be "fordable streams". There is a victory medal in the Japanese section of the field but there is no way the US can get to if they cannot cross the fordable streams. Can you fix this please?

It's a game from the DoW database, this kind of rule is not implemented in it. The BGA game interfaces with the database to allow to play scenarios in it, but the database does not have the information about fordable streams and many other special rules.
You'd need to get the .m44 and modify it for this.
