SFTP access no longer works

I've been off the developer mode for about 5 years. Finally decided to address all the issues with my game (Con Sonar!). Tried to login on the SFTP with the account info I had in my e-mail, but it fails. Here's the weird bit: if I enter a wrong username or password it says:

Status: Access denied
Error: Authentication failed.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

But if I use my proper username and password it says

Status: Connected to 1.studio.boardgamearena.com
Error: Could not connect to server

That tells me my username and password are correct, but somehow the connection still fails. Anyone has any idea? Thank you
