Explanation score on red/buildings & cat spirit needed

Hello everyone,

As I understand the houserule, they only score if they have 3 diffrent colors touching them. Mine did not have this, yet bga still gave me 15 points (see attached image) why?

And the cat spirit card, the explanation in text from bga below it does not match the picture on the card for me. The picture to me says: buildings score 4 points if they are in a group of at least 2. But the text from bga says: buildings score 4 points for each separate bυildiпg. Wich one is it?

All colours count for buildings. Are you counting brown/red?

The + sign on the spirits cards is here to include the cases where your group might be bigger than what the card shows (in which case the score for the group remains the same).

The cat card shows you one required building, then you might have more buildings touching but they wouldn't give you any more spirit points.

Or even link to the table as I checked the results from all of their recent games (stopped when it changed to months ago) and there was none where they got 15 points from buildings.
